Caramelized butternut squash soup with vanilla crème fraiche garnished with micro cilantro.


Chile en Nogada

Roasted poblano pepper, apple, pear-golden raisin compote, toasted almond sauce, pomegranate glaze.

Organic greens, spicy pumpkin seed, gorgonzola cheese, roasted beets, lime-tequila dressing.



Pollo

Roasted chicken breast, butternut squash risotto, sautéed  spinach, adobo demi glazed.

Oven roasted snapper, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, lime butter sauce & pineapple salsa .
